UK sim with cheap roaming?

Hi guys, I'm going to the UK later this month and want to look for London jobs while travelling around Europe.

Wondering what's the best UK sim to get which has free/cheap roaming? I primarily need it for receiving calls from job agents etc. It would also be good if making calls to the UK, and in other countries where I'm staying (e.g. Poland) is cheap too.

I hear the EU is rolling out free roaming, but it's supposed to be 2 month / 1 year or something like that.

    Was in europe last month, use a Three UK prepaid with "Feel At Home" roaming - worked fine all over europe for me. Even includes USA and Australia! Read for yourself - http://www.three.co.uk/feel-at-home

        I'd recommend the same, it was about 20 GBP/month last time I was back.

          @joeno: I user this whilst I was there just go into a 3 store whilst your there be aware that the roaming is around 0.15mbs per second so i was really only able to use it for web browsing and maps. I'd highly suggest downloading the tesco calling app when you get to the UK it gives you a pound of free credit and allows you to call home at 1pence per minute

          @macgregors: I don't care much about data roaming (would be useful for email / whatsapp). I'm more concerned about receiving calls. Reason being i plan to look for some London jobs while i'm travelling in other euro countries like Poland.

          @joeno: oh okay I'm not sure which to go for then sorry the number wouldn't let me make calls whilst I was out of the UK so I would look into it first

    Free roaming is set to happen on 15 June 2017 EU wide! Any similar you pick up will work.

    Prior to this Vodafone Netherlands have free EU/EEA/CH roaming but their data isn't the cheapest, at €10/GB.
