Toyo is a Japanese brand and is OEM on some Japanese vehicles. These particular tyres are probably made in China like almost all tyres sold here.

s26f84, I can confirm the 350 model(at least in 155/65r13 size) is made in Japan, have them on my car.

Are these parallel imports? Im pretty sure Tempe tyres are.
you can't just buy on a brand, because a brand has different tread patterns and hence prices.
you might want to check out choice magazine who do regular tyre reviews and are independent ….. worked for me ….. got their 3rd best tyre ( top 3 rated closely and needed my specific size so options were limited) made in china and are as good as what my continentals were.
