Hey Everyone!
With the release of Destiny 2 less than 3 months away for console and the beta happening next month for PS4 and Xbox One I wanted to gather what class you will be choosing first and why? I'll be relatively new to the game and enjoy playing a support role (not being solely responsible for DPS). Any advice?

does it make sense to you? Looks like I'll probably rock with Hunter or Warlock first, then the other and lastly Titan.. I feel like too many people will go with the Tank that is Titan, so may as well fill the void :P

I know.. but my cheap friends have PCs that can't even run Minecraft in optimal settings..

yea.. thats a pretty good run down of the character and their perks. my style is mainly close so the titan or warlock good for that, and depending on what exotic armour you have (that will give you additional perks).
titan- ruin wings (for heavy ammo drops) or armourmentarium for (double nades)
hunter- bones of eao for agility (triple jump)
warlock- the ram helmet (for extra armour or obsidian aspect gauntlets for quick reload on all weapons)
thats just my quick overview.. and what i found works for me, and also dependent on the subclass too (void,arc or solar)

oh wow, I managed to slip a Destiny pun in there :P didn't mean that! haha
I sadly didn't last in Destiny 1 for too long, but I did choose a Warlock and didn't mind it's play style.. I'm usually the one who melees everything in games (Division, Wildlands) so I thought Warlock was a change and it was!
I'm a sucker for cosmetics though.. which ever class will look the coolest I'll end up choosing :P or the class my fireteam needs!
I'm curious why you're so hyped for a sequel when you didn't stick with the first game for long? Are they making some big changes?
Massive changes! & with the first, my core friend group hopped off the game and I had no motivation to play with University pressure.. I've graduated now and will have committed mates!
Titan… cause Titan master race… and I like punching enemies in Destiny :D
If you like support roles, then Titan is the best class. Tank load out and hand out punishment while you absorb a lot of damage. The old Defender class for Titan was the only passive ability of all the subclasses and was the only true support class. Every raid needed a Defender Titan.
All that changes with D2. I've not seen a Titan bubble in any of the footage I've seen so far. So it's hard to know just how much support a Titan will offer in D2

Oh ok that makes a little bit more sense. I am just used to having a decent amount of distinguishable player classes and then some.
titan is a tank. hunter stealthy and agile.. and warlock somewhere between tank and stealth….
depends on your play style.
i have all 3 at 400 on d1. but i will prob start d2 with titan, then warlock then hunter… let the grind begin in sept!!!
