Got the code, you need to be geo taged by the advertising unit and the advertising team department within the 30km of the store which the geo team is located.

Location services may need to be switched on. Check your iphone settings and if on Android may need to approve permissions for FB to allow Access to GPS location
Might not work on a desktop, I'm in NSW and clicked to get offer but wasn't given a unique code. Just an email stating "Here's the offer from Uniqlo Australia you saved while on Facebook."
You need to be geo taged by the advertising team around the different uniqlo stores.
Do you need to use the Facebook app or can you get tagged by browsing on Facebook mobile
you can use either. Facebook site can access mobile location as long as permissions are given.
I don't see the code after accepting the offer and have no access to the email address they sent the code to.Please help!
Just mine at Chadstone.
- Staff didnt know about the offer, like AT ALL.
- No one in line (out of the five) had a code in their email.
- They just marked the offer as used on FB, and gave the free shirt.
Well, the lesson here is that oz bargain works fast, very fast.

Chadstone staff said it's a fake offer. lol what.
They said there's two "offers" one being the information and the other being the actual freebie.
Lucky that I got there early then. They were certainly clueless when I arrived, and there was already someone else before me. Then someone else joined the queue soon after. Then they probably saw the influx of people and decided to put a stop to it.

Just went to Emporium. They're not giving it out today due to technical difficulties. Told them what Chadstone was doing but they can't do the same thing. Was told to try tomorrow.
Chadstone was unable to honour it without a code. Has there been a statement from uniqlo yet?
I actuallu picked mine up from the Emporium around 7pm.
They jad a separatr sheet where you had to provide your name email address and ID and show them the actual email received as well.
Just got it from Emporium. They got us to write down our name, email and phone number. Seems like a surefire method to get the deal ozbargained.
What?! I waited for the staff to speak to a store manager and they wouldn't let me get one.
Oh really? I think I was just lucky, the staff just told me to write my deets down cause I had no code.

Are you referring to the HEATTECH free sample? This is offered randomly to Facebook users in their news feed and you need to click on the button to get your unique promo code.
If you accessed the promotion via a third party site (e.g. OzBargain), then a unique code is unable to be issued by Facebook and you will not be able to redeem the offer in store.

If you weren't originally geo targetted, its unlikely you will get the code. So don't be disappointed if the staff at store reject your code-less email.

Just tried this at the Chadstone store.
Conversation went like this:Me: hi I'm here to redeem this offer.
Sales: oh OK. Show me the offer.
Shows FB offer
Sales: sorry but you haven't won the prize. You didn't get the code.
Me: oh. Can you show me where it says this is a competition? Because the title says redeem a free heat tech shirt. Nothing about entering a draw.
Sales: well look at number 3. Can you show me your unique code?
Me: well I didn't receive one. Can you help me with that?
Sales: well I have no idea how. We are having technical issues. So I can't give it to you.
Me: so you put up an advertisement, draw everyone to your store without any intention of honoring it?
Sales: well you can come back and try again later.-End-
… Yup. All good. I just live 20k to the nearest uniqlo store.

Abuse my ignorance but what is a "unique low heat tech shirt"?

In short, it's a long john with a fancy name. Marketing plays a big part here.
I have three of these long sleeve round neck since 2012. I worn it in various parts of the world -22C was the coldest I've been to.
It doesn't do any miracles. It's just a very thin clothing that keeps heat in and not too uncomfortable to wear. You still have to layer up only that this material is soft and thinner so you won't look like Mr Michelin when you are wearing 4 layers.
When you live in a place so cold that it kills if you are not prepared, wearing too much is last thing you worry about so fleece is still king IMHO.
So basically a thin warm shirt?
