  • stack it with the 5.5% WISH eGift Card from cashrewards from recently for another $6.60 off your cart (assuming your cart is exactly $120)

    • And pricepal $20 cashback min spend $100 ( with new Woolworths account)

Not sure if cashrewards will accept the Groupon coupon but I've tried it previously with pricepal and cashback was paid

  • Can you use 4 or 5 vouchers together?

    • Max 1 voucher per transaction

  • +3

    This deal is great news!!!

  • The real minimum spend is $150 according to the terms and conditions if I'm reading this right.

"The minimum spend for each coupon code is $120 in a single transaction excluding any vouchers, offers, discounts and delivery charges"

Still a good deal as it's $25 off a $150 spend just not as good as $25 off a $120 spend.

    • Just have to have a final amount of $120+ in cart, then pay the remaining $90+ after coupon is used.

      • +3

Can confirm, use bought $121.98 worth and it dropped down to $91.98

        • Can confirm, use bought $121.98 worth and it dropped down to $91.98

Thanks, I just purchased a similar amount and it gave the same discount.

    • +1

But would spend $150 anyway for free shipping on Wednesdays.

  • +11

The trouble with these Woolies deals is that it is turning me into a boozer. The only way I can get up to the minimum spends is with alcohol.

  • Good deal mate. 21% discount before Cashrewards egift card discount too.

  • Woolworths on the fritz now.

  • +1

Do they send you the code immediately? I mean is it automatic? I was just finishing my online shopping today…
But I will buy again from Woolworths before the end of September anyway. It''s a good deal. :)

    • +1

      yes

      • +1

        Thank you!

    • And Cashrewards came through within 30 minutes. Still waiting on other stuff purchased a fortnight ago from other places to register on Cashrewards.

  • Great stuff thanks OP, a dollar saved is a dollar earned.

  • +1

    Great post.
There's hasn't been as many Woolworths promo codes lately. Now sorted till September, and expect October onward Christmas promos to start.

  • Really cool. I have bought four.
The second part of the voucher has 10 numbers and letters in three of them and only 8 in the fourth one. Is it OK also with less digits? I could try to use that code today and if it doesn't work I can use another one and then ask them if it is a mistake.
    Cool I didn't finish my shopping this morning… :)

    • Yes, the shorter code worked fine! :)

  • I still don't get this deal. Why am I paying 25 dollars at groupon for 5 coupons if that's the same savings I am getting after applying the codes.

    • +3

For a voucher you paid 5 dollars but when you enter the code online you get a discount of 30 dollars, so you save 25 dollars. For 5 vouchers you get a total discount of 150 dollars in 5 separate transactions.

      • +1

Thanks, got it. Didn't realise they were 30 savings each. Thanks for that. From Perth, need more coffee

        • +2

          need more coffee

          Have a beer instead 🍺

  • Has any mathematician worked out the % 's ? Including 5.5% off gift card I work it out as a 25% discount.

  • only for Syndy?

  • +2

    $90 + $5 spend for $120 groceries. This equals ~21% discount.

or combined with egift cards, that is (90 x 0.95) + 5 for $120 groceries. Or $90.50 for $120 groceries, or ~24.6% discount.

For new shoppers and egift it is 70 x 0.95 + 5 for $120 groceries, or ~40.4% discount.

I am not a new customer, so this brings down M&Ms to ~$1.73 ($2.30, 24.6% discount) each. Each packet is 180g so this roughly equates to 1c per gram, but I'd have to order 53 packets

    • Yep that makes my calc.s about right, with 45 cents off for the extra 0.5%. However I buy my gift cards at 7.5% or 8% off from a reseller, and so I am looking at 26.75%- 27.25% off.

      • Care to share your reseller?

        • send me a PM

        • Can you share with me as well?

    • Some minor corrections to my calculations:
      M&Ms are $2.12 this week
      and
max quantity is 36, so I'd have to buy 17 packets of peanut M&Ms

I previously bought gift cards of a private reseller (7% discount) but I decided it was too risky because I didn't personally know the seller

  • Now I need to figure out how to minimise the delivery charge for 5 online shops.
I could create a new account, but have done so 4-5 times already so 1 more might be pushing it.
Are there free delivery days or delivery saver vouchers?

    • +1

Well, they have delivery savers, but they are only useful if you really buy frequently:
      https://www.woolworths.com.au/Shop/Discover/shopping-online/…

      • Thanks, I might just wait after my first delivery to see if there are any more free delivery days..

    • Delivery is free till tomorrow.

      • +3

Thanks just ordered and asked for delivery next week - - delivery cost = $0
One down 4 more to get cheap/free delivery..:)
Also, Might have to pick up a few orders.

        • Offer valid for orders placed from 00:01 AEST 05/06/2017 to 23:59 AEST 18/06/2017.
          not delivery date

        • @koakun: How far ahead can you request delivery?

    • +1

Obviously free delivery for orders over $150 delivered on Wednesday, unfortunately that is probably after the coupon code so you will need to get $180 in the cart.

      • +1

I can't see anything on their website about free delivery in a Wednesday

        • +2

          contacted support

Vika: Sorry for the wait Savas, I have just confirmed with my supervisor that the free delivery Wednesdays will be determined after this promotion ends and once confirmed, it'll be back on the website.

        • +1

          @Savas:
Coles changed their free delivery to spend $150 and get free delivery any day so long as you select the 8 hour window.
Let's see what woollies comes up with

  • Hi all.
I never order online from wWoolworths. Can they deliver at specific time or do I need to be home for few hours? Or can I pick up from store?

Is the voucher valid for BigW as well?

    • +1

The delivery windows are usually 3 hours. They are not always punctual though. :(

    • You can pick up from store, use make sure that there is one near you ( a pick up woolies store not just a woolies).

  • Just to confirm if I got this right,

I can use these vouchers to buy eWishGiftcards @ $30 off 120 + 5% off?

    • These are to be used for online shopping at woolies not for Giftcards

  • min spend 120, then apply voucher, so $95 actual spend after voucher?

    • If you spend exactly $120 then you will be charged $90, plus it cost you $5 for code so actual spend amount = $95.
This is assuming that you didn't use a discounted egift card.

      • thought so, cheers!
        picked up 5.

    • Yep.

  • Does anyone know if you enter the security code (shorter) or voucher code (longer) into the Woolies online payment?

Trying to make a list of the 5 codes and save somewhere for missus rather than keeping the PDFs. Thanks!

    • +2

I entered the whole of the voucher code (copied and pasted it).

  • Can we buy tobacco?

    • Tobacco excluded from $120 min spend

  • Can shopping at Woolworths online use multiple vouchers? e.g. one from this groupon and others from my egift cards? Thanks.

    • +1

I had no problems combining the two. They probably don't allow combining multiple vouchers, but egiftcard isn't a voucher - it's a payment method. So no problems there.

  • +1

I wonder if they would enforce the limit of 5 per customer based on EDR?

    • Highly unlikely but with the recent free points with new cards need to grab a second one if you don't already ;)

    • +1

Groupon would only let me buy 5, so I bought the others on hubby's account

  • Hi will someone tell me if this is only available in Sydny or nationwide? As it shows Sydny as location on Goupon app.Thx.

    • I'm in Melbourne and it works. Got items delivered today

  • Where to enter the voucher code at checkout? I can't see any? thks

    • +1

Under the everyday rewards card number

      • thks for your reply

  • Did i read somewhere there is free delivery if so when? But does this not include a code which you would already use and may not allow both?
If you can add your voucher code and a free delivery code whatever that is how far ahead can you have your shopping delivered.
We had plans to do a big shop which lasts a while and use a voucher but click and collect and then do same again use another voucher so means would save $60 off our shopping or should I say $50 as each voucher cost us $5.
And to save a bit more purchase a egift card.

    • +1

free delivery has been extended to 30 June

      • Excellant !

    • Their delivery is a pain in the backside. Sometimes waiting for 6 hours from start of your delivery window, until goods actually arrive.

  • Can we order eGift card and avail this offer?

    • +1

You can use egift cards for the remainder of the value but can't purchase egifts (ozbargin would be dance off the walls if we could)

      • +1

Used up 3 gift card for my purchase because they all had small amounts left on them and they all went through.

        • My question was about purchasing eGift card though and not using them for purchase.

        • @virhlpool:
Yep gift cards are ok. Tried & tested

        • @VegemiteKid:

But cannot buy gift cards via ww online

  • I bought 5 vouchers without realizing min spend is $120. Now, I don't know what to do with the vouchers… Any ideas?

  • Im sure i can but can anyone tell me the free delivery on until the 30th june, if you spend the qualifying amount can you do this more than once?
So if i did a shop and did another later it still be free delivery.
I purchased these groupon vouchers on here and normally do a big shop to last a while.

But was thinking could do one shop and use one of the codes and then say following week same again and use another,as this only allows you to use one voucher i thought do two shops and be able to use two.

Not only that if i spread the shop over 2 weeks they give you a $30 code back which i had emailed as a promo which is a $80 spend.
So thought with this rather than just my normal big shop and only save with one groupon code do it twice over the two weeks and gain two free deliveries and be able to use two groupon codes and get a code free for $30 of $80 spend.
A lot of messing around but sounds good and still have three groupon codes left for future shops.

  • My only question is when does the $30 code off $80 spend they say they email you before 16th July end has it got a long expire?
Did anyone else get same email?

  • In regards to the voucher purchased here can someone tell me in an email i got if you spend over $150 one week shopping which we did an another $150 the following week you gain $30 off code on $80 spend.
My question is as the second week we planned to do smaller shop than previous week if we had $150 in basket and then end up using one of these $30 vouchers do we qualify for the $150 spend as it would end up being $120?
We split our shopping over these two weeks to to not only gain using two of our $30 vouchers but to also gain the free $30 promo code as well.

  • says sold out

  • Just bought, but could only buy 1

  • The Boost deal was good value 12-24 months ago when 3GB was fairly "standard" offer, the extra GB each weekend was a bonus.
Now that 5, 7 or 10GB is easily accessible the Boost plan structure is fairly poor.
