Transfer time to Velocity from ANZ Rewards

The 15% transfer bonus from ANZ Rewards to Velocity has an end date of today. I've just transferred as many points as I can to take advantage of this but the confirmation email says it takes 5 working days. As I've done the transfer today will I still get the bonus points? Or I won't get them as it will take 5 working days to reach my velocity account? This is the first time I've done a transfer so not sure how it all works. I only transferred it today get the bonus points so I'll be very annoyed if I don't get them!

    You'll should get them - in your velocity account you'll notice there's a column for activity date (which is the day ANZ processes your request) and then a processed date which is when velocity actually credits the points - it's not unusual for the dates in each column to be different from each other!

      Okay great, thanks nickomac :) Fingers crossed all works itself out. If it doesn't will they honour it if I ring them and complain?
