Their eBay page does not list which variant the stock is. Regardless, S8+ for under $900 with cashrewards is the best deal you can currently get.

Vaya is grey import, so about the same as buying from here which is $814.30 with CALM.

    i believe the S8 is 4G + 3G for hte second SIM
    
    not sure if using the second SIM means you can't use the mSD slot

(The store is called "vaya" but it is clearly not the 'Vaya Mobile'…I guess the seller wants to snip the brand name..)
