Which Cheap Vacuum Cleaner?

Hi All

I want a vacuum cleaner for a temporary basis but I want it to be very strong or with the best suction for the money.

Not spending any more than $50 and Kmart, Bunnings, BigW and Supercheap Auto all have their bagless vacuums at under $50.

If you have used one or many of these, and can compare, please tell me which one would have the best suction.

There is a target one at $79 too but who knows (they have great return policy though).

Please guide me with the above options and if possible please dont suggest any other options unless they are under $50.

i have the 79 target one great suction power but only have had it for a couple months so not sure about durability

For under $50 and super suction i recommend looking at gumtree but for a bit more i recommend going to godfreys and testing out something like

You get a name brand with my experience they are usually better and they have better reviews to big w's vacs at similar prices

This is a workshop vac so it is a bit loud but has very strong suction.

  You used it? I'm considering this one. Is it stronger than your usual cyclonic vacuum? Also does it have the attachments to clean the car upholstery etc? Thanks.

    I have one, i use it for vaccuming the car, there is an included crevice/brush attachment tool does the job but will take awhile. Huge improvement in terms of suction compared to my old Airflo bagless vaccum.
    
    One cons of the Toolpro workshop vac is its bagless so emptying it is not fun

Not spending any more than $50

the motor in these cheap vacuums will burn out rather quickly. it's better to purchase something that won't crap itself and die in few months.

i've got a miele vacuum and a dyson handheld at home, but my parents recently bought a k-mart one (http://www.kmart.com.au/product/2000w-bagless-vacuum/1181324) and i was using it at their house the other day (they have hardwood floors) and it was pretty good. Suction was good and was easy to move around

The kmart upright one gets rave reviews, apparently picks up more dirt than dysons…

If you insist on under $50 then the Bunnings' bagless one might be the most powerful in terms of watts, as it's rated 2200W…
