Looking for a less expensive place to buy Le Creuset Cookware than Australia. Anyone know any good sites?
Looking at the cast iron range, the prices in the US are significantly cheaper, and Amazon.co.uk cheaper still, but they don't ship to Aus. So… I'm trying to find someone who will ship here with decent pricing.

With shipping for individual items it may be best to wait for the sales, but i am looking at buying all my cookware at once, so can minimise shipping.
I have found a US site, cutlery and more.com, that sells the large round french oven (28cm) for ~250, less than half the price of Myer. Unless their sales are more than 50% off, they still don't seem that competitive.
Can anyone else better Cutleryandmore?

I guess you have to bear in mind that these pieces weigh a ton and shipping from any overseas location is going to be really expensive.

Someone has just posted that Myer have a one day mid season sale tomorrow includes 50% off cookware sets. Could be worth checking out. (Of course-Le Creuset may not be uncluded :(

So Peter's of Kensington has a sale it seems, i noticed something in the paper.
But I have just received my order from FirstIreland, an Irish website, which deals in higher end homewares. They have flat rate shipping to Aus, so my 550GBP order was shipped here for only 39GBP!!! It's arrived and is all in good order and so i am going to put through another order soon.

Wait for the post Christmas sales. I got an oval casserole from Myer for $149 a couple of years ago and notice they seem a staple of the sales.
