Can some one provide some clarity on the changes to 186 Temporary Residence Transition visa specifically English requirements.
Now as per ADIBP for TRT visa the English level required is vocational and can be exempted. But from 1st July it's going to be changed to competent. So my understanding is that it will be mandatory for the applicant to sit a English exam and can't provide any exemption like if we have 7 years of education in English.
