Not sure if this is nationwide or just Chatswood (as this item has already been removed from Uniqlo's website, so it is probably a runout sale), got myself a pair of men regular fit selvedge from Uniqlo today for $29.90 today (normal price is $59.90).
The following sizes were available in store: 29, 30, 31, 32, 35, all of them are in the dark blue/navy color
Most of them were on a shelf at the back of the store (facing the jeans department), others were mixed with other jeans so you will need to do some looking around.
Not all floor stock has the $29.90 sticker on it, but it will scan at half price at the register.
For those who are interested, all the jeans I have seen in stores does NOT have any labeling to suggest they were Kaihara fabrics (although the slim fit selvedge does have that label on the pocket).
