Woolworths Historic Catalogues Available Online?

Does anyone know if there are location-specific (e.g. FNQ) historical Woolworths catalogues available online somewhere? I've seen a few sites that provide catalogues, but I've only been able to find the most recent ones.

As background (others beware), I noticed in my previous Woolworths online order that I'd been charged the full price for all fresh food specials. This can be hard to spot because they often charge fresh food items as "per item" in the cart, rather than "per KG". When I called on my previous order, the overcharged amount was just over $22!

I've made another order, and checked it closely. Lo and behold, the same thing has happened, which makes me wonder whether this has been going on for all of my previous orders and I've just not noticed it. I want to do a reconcilliation, but it's complicated that the fresh food specials are specific to regions. I'm in FNQ, which is why I'm looking for historical FNQ-specific catalogues. Hopefully someone can help!

I am sure someone at Woolworths might be able to help? Or maybe email the people at salefinder.com.au since the catalogues are powered by them?

    • Thanks - I've now emailed salefinder & Woolworths.

Think i know what you are talking about, the fresh specials update on Tuesday afternoon (think about 6pm). I've pointed this out to them several times, usually they give just give some kind of coupon.

Just use it to your advantage by ordering earlier if you want the current week's fresh specials, or waiting for the new fresh specials to update for the incoming week. Finding the catelogue for you probably more hard because your in QLD, but surely Woolworths would help you out.

You are bang on the money, Savas. I've looked back at the orders where I am sure I've been overcharged, and they were all Tuesday orders. Good to know as a hack :) Will still get my money back on the overcharged amounts.

The best plan would seem to be to make orders on Tuesday to get the upcoming fresh food specials added automatically, and then follow-up with a call for the fresh food items from the current catalogue that have been overcharged. This would get the fresh food specials from 2 weeks on the same order perhaps?

Thanks! Good luck with the refunds, let us know how it goes. From my experience they want to sort it out, have never had a problem requesting help.

Next time, you could go on live chat before you purchase and tell them about the pricing error, they would usually send $10 credit in advance as compensation. Once when we went to ammend an order on Tuesday evening got shocked the cart price jumped up so they remotely logged in and added milk/bread for free. Now i have realized this happens every week i know how to avoid it so don't abuse it and try to use it to advantage by choosing which week's fresh specials are best.

When ever i ask them about this issue they say no other customers have the same issue so it's good to know it isn't just me. Find it concerning if people are that clueless about being overcharged or just aren't buying fruit and veg.

Got the refunds. They tried to give me less back because I'd used a $30 discount that I'd bought from Groupon.

@Brickles: Ahhhh haha hope you got the full amount back. Yeah they should've definitely refunded you the full amount, otherwise they should also refund part of $5 of the voucher for not getting the full $30 off!
