High chance these are faulty, battery charges up and as soon as you take it off the charger, it doesn't work. I've just been refunded for the two I received yesterday
Exactly the same here. I mean even down to the time frame. Bought two, two days ago, received them yesterday and neither of them worked. Solid runner icon when charging and it should be blinking, the first one turned on for a split second and then died immediately. The second one just won't turn on at all. Contacted Telstra and they refunded them within 20 minutes of sending the message.
No financial loss, but my gf doesn't get a fitness tracker. So there's that 😬
Xiaomi Mi Band 2 is probably a better option for this price range (ok, $10 more). There's lots of stories floating around similar to this with regard to the Jawbone products… Sounds like they have pretty poor Quality Control.
Has anyone received a working item?
Just received a replacement and having same issue - non responsive soon as its taken off the charger.
