I am so surprised how few information is on the net about the time and the tv coverage of the match for Australian audience.
Anything I could find was mostly about the UK and US audience and I only could spot couple of pay tv options to watch the match.
Can somebody shed some light on this?

It's on Foxtel Main Event. Event starts at 11am, they estimate the Main Fight will be about 1:30pm, but obviously they don't know exactly because it depends on the other fights.
Just head down to a local pub that's showing it.

I heard it's broadcast free on ESPN overseas. Only paid viewing in Australia. Is there some way to watch ESPN online if you VPN to another country?

Maybe if you googled reddit and boxing and streams just before the match starts you might find something. It's been known to happen. And just possibly there might be something called an acestream which you could possibly enter into a program called aceplayer. If that happened you wouldn't even have any ad cancer like you would with a web stream.
Your only legal options are ppv on mainevent on foxtel or going to a bar that shows it in Australia . http://www.liveatyourlocal.com.au/ - that site used to work to show bars - best bet is to call a couple sports bars near you .
