      Seconded. Rep makes no effort whatsoever to resolve issues. Avoid.

      I have also suggested having this rep removed and this store banned from OzBargain. No response from the mods of OzBargain.

        Agreed. This merchant is not one to be trusted. I had a situation with them a while back where they took my money and after a very long wait (and my own chasing) they finally decided to tell me that the product I ordered wasn't in stock. They then provided me 'alternatives' that would have required me to give them more money. No thanks! Beware, avoid!

    Had been mad on merrell's shoes for a few years however can't justify the money anymore as quality has rapidly reduced.

    ~$200 shoes looking hoboish after 6 months, spoke to merrell aus whi told me to take them back to the retailer, retailer didnt want a bar of it.

    Next pair of shoes will be $39 red and black KT26 from big w.

    Negging since cheaper on eBay which are $78.74 (eBay 10% off with COZZIE) delivered compared to your $92.90 delivered.

    Though, some of the comments, saw one guy opening a PayPal dispute because they hadn't arrived in a week and another person negging because "no free postage".

    Please work on your dispatch times and you should be including the cost of postage in the description especially since it is a standard cost of $12.95 or capped at $18.
