I've got the "Spend $350 and get $50 back" offer saved on my Amex card. The deal expires tomorrow (4/7/17), I forgot about it and don't really need anything from HN at the moment but wouldn't like to waste the offer if I can help it.
Any ideas on how this can be best managed? Does anyone know if HN sell prepaid debit cards, and if so will the offer work with something like that?

Just get a gift card. They can't tell what you buy despite the terms and conditions.

yes just get prepaid visa cards for $5.95 in store you can split payments and load it up to $500 it works. not sure if online gift cards work? can anyone confirm if hn e gift cards work for the cash back? i m $180 short on one card and need to buy something before midnight
It should work on anything that you can buy at Harvey Norman. I'm fairly sure Amex have no visibility over the products purchased beyond the dollar amount (despite any such disclaimers 'excluding' gift cards etc.)
I've had that mentality before regarding not wanting to let a deal slip but I'd recommend letting it go as $350 isn't exactly pocket money.
That said, last time I used one at Harvey I price matched a coffee machine that was on special at Myer. They were reluctant to price match but did it after ensuring I wasn't paying with Harvey Norman gift vouchers / credit. Little did they know the discount was applied by Amex ;)
