I can't seem to access my cart, nor can I access help/troubleshooting pages.. yet I can search and browse listings perfectly fine. Anyone else having same issues?

e.g. cart.payments.ebay.com.au is not working for me.

Are you using Chrome? I find Chrome bogs down at night on ebay, no idea why - other browsers are fine!

I don't think there is a half off sale happening at the moment. there were a few 15% off deals recently. sorry can't be of any more help.
