Hi Guys,
I couldn't find the answer on Google so I thought those on Kogan mobile here would be able to help me. Not sure if I'm doing this correctly
- I start on the activation page on the Kogan website
- enter in the mobile number that's on the sim starter pack
- enter in the last 10 digits to the sim card
- answer no to the next 2 questions relating to number of pre-paid services and whether I want to list on public directory
- select yes to porting from another Australian services
- enter my current number
- select prepaid as i'm currently on Woolworths mobile
- enter my date of birth
- tick the 2 terms and condition boxes,
- and hit next.
the screen then jumps back to the beginning of the activation page, and none of the stuff I just enters is there,
Is this normal. is that it… because usually there are other things like name and ID stuff I had to enter for the Woolies mobile sim.
did I do it right?
or is there something wrong?
please help
