    XYZ? Is it a reference to the state? It's Australia wide, I believe (although I don't see any stores in ACT). Other nationwide deals such as Hungry Jacks don't indicate it in the title.

  burwood or hornsby shop in sydney may do anything to stop you get free things from their store. tried both they refuse a free coffee for new member signup. buy a cake or bread they would do you a favour get it and its likely a takeaway

    Couldn't agree more about JB Burwood. I've tried getting the free birthday cake from them twice - the first time they refused and the second time they said I could only have the cheesecake. They asked me if I was a regular customer there, as if that had anything to do with it. They were just flat out rude; no concept of customer service whatsoever. Ended up complaining and got a $10 voucher from head office for my troubles. Which I made sure I didn't use at the Burwood store.
