What sort of meal plan did you use? I'm currently in a cut their meals look good did you freeze or fridge them so they kept well over the week?
I used the menu builder to select each meal individually. I tried both the small and medium meals.
(The 1200 cal meals were fine for me (female trying to lose weight) but my male partner found them too small so we tried the medium meals too.)
They all froze/defrosted well.
I just had a look they've changed their food since I had it, they used to have meat+veg or meat+carb, now they have all 3 so I think I'll have to try it again!
Also some meals used to have liquid smoke which put me off, mmc didn't include the specific ingredients in the liquid smoke on the pack but when I emailed them they said
"The liquid smoke is a type of flavouring added to the meal to give it some extra flavouring. The ingredients in the liquid smoke include:
Water
Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor
Vinegar
Molasses
Caramel Colour"
