$250,000 of Professional Indemnity Insurance

Hey guys,
I am a recently graduated Migration Agent and I need to get indemnity insurance. I am trying to minimize costs, as everything related to this course is really expensive, so please guys, can you find a bargain for this?

Comments

  • Do you want the insurer to be around if you need to make a claim?

  • I want a bargain not the cheapest shoddiest deal… so yes, that would be nice

Why don't you do the work yourself?? Don't expect others to do the work for you.

      "What's that Skip?"
"Someone's asking if there's a bargain out there?"
      "On Ozbargain?"
"How dare they!? That's not happening on MY watch!"

People post bargains or seek advice on bargains or issues not outsource their work

Naturally the post is targeted at an insurance professional or somebody with some kind of sokid connection to the industry. This is a very diverse community. It is hardly outsourcing.

I think you need to know what you are saying before you say it smh

@rainbow612: why don't you do some work on it and get some quotes and then ask here if the quotes are on the mark?

You are just being lazy. Hope your professional work ethic is better

        • @chumlee: what's your problem?! If u don't like it, go away

    • Well you see the title of this section in the forums is ''find me a bargain' if you don't want to help, then don't … but your unhelpful comments are also not required…

  • No idea, but I'll Google for you. Hang on a sec……

    I use Express Insurance - http://www.expressinsurance.com.au/

There are insurance brokers who provide the service of selecting the cheapest reputable insurance provider given your specific circumstances.
I have used them for policies under $1000 in value so don't be concerned you are too little to be of interest.
One I have used is Steadfast.

If you are part of an association they may have negotiations with an insurer or broker already, ask them. My partner uses www.ajg.com.au but has never had to claim so can't say how they are there.
