Can I Get a One-Time Pass into the Qantas Club Lounge? Even if I'm Flying Virgin?

Can I Get a One-Time Pass into the Qantas Club Lounge?

Hi, I'm wondering If I can get a 'One Time Entry' into the Qantas Club Lounge in Brisbane? How long can you be in the lounge for? What's the Price? And would I be allowed in the lounge if I'm not flying on a Qantas flight or any of the Qantas affiliate airlines such as Jetstar, as I'm flying Virgin?

Thanks!

Hi, I'm wondering If I can get a 'One Time Entry' into the Qantas Club Lounge in Brisbane?

Yes, via many Qantas-branded credit cards, or you may be able to buy one on Ozbargain Classifieds, eBay or Gumtree.

How long can you be in the lounge for?

The whole day if you like.

    What's the Price?

Many Qantas-branded credit cards will include 2x one-time passes as part of the annual fee, but they usually sell for $50-$70 on classifieds websites.

And would I be allowed in the lounge if I'm not flying on a Qantas flight or any of the Qantas affiliate airlines such as Jetstar, as I'm flying Virgin?

No. Have a look for a Virgin Lounge Pass, which are also for sale online for about $40-$60. There are a few credit cards that include Virgin lounge access, with the AMEX Platinum card including unlimited free access, and the AMEX Velocity Platinum including two passes.

Your other option to get into the Qantas lounge is to find someone else who is also going into the Qantas Club, to guest you in.

    • Thanks! Which lounge would you recommend, Virgin or Qantas?
      Thanks again.

I have 2 virgin passes that I can sell to you. Direct message me if you are interested! I also have Qantas passes if you require them…

@lochiereid They're pretty similar but I'd go for the Virgin lounge.

      Well put @realfancyman :)

    • Most lounges limit the stay to 4 hours, although I've never seen anyone enforce it

Don't think you're allowed in without a qantas/jetstar/one world boarding pass
