Pre book free City Tour by Changi Airport,Singapore

I will be transiting through Singapore to travel to Sydney in coming September. I will be reaching Singapore at 16:50 pm and my flight to Sydney is at 23:45 pm making me eligible for the free City Tour.

Unfortunately the registration for the tour closes at 17:00 pm which means that I will not be able to make it to the desk before the cutoff time. There is an opportunity to prebook the tour if travelling on Singapore Airlines .Since I am travelling on Singapore Airlines,can anyone who has prebooked the tour help me to by providing all details.

    last tour leaves at 3:30

      That's the Heritage Tour. You need to click on the City Tour tab, which runs twice a day.

    Why not just ask Singapore Airlines? The worst that can happen is they say no.

    BTW if you write in 24 hour notation, then am/pm is redundant.

    I personally wouldn't risk it at such a short window.
