Prior to EOFY, Asus had a cashback deal on certain routers/modems etc (http://www.asuspromotion.net/au/eofy-cashback/) . Wondering if anyone has received anything further regarding the status of their claim or a claim number or something?

I was wondering about this last week so dug up the T&C (http://www.asuspromotion.net/au/eofy-cashback/t&c.pdf)
Upon registering on the ASUS online form, One Eftpos gift card will be sent to the registered address within 8 weeks after the promotion completed.
The promotion ended June 30, so that makes Aug 25 the end of the 8th week… another 4 weeks away.
I haven't received anything from my registration yet either.
For anyone still waiting - I emailed them and received a reply on 21/8/17.

I just got an email about a "random audit" asking me to send through the invoice and serial number again.
Probably they are sending that out to everyone due to the issue inaudible wrote about.

I submitted my claim June 10 and haven't received anything from them yet, not even a random audit.
I've just emailed them with my invoice and serial pic to hopefully speed things up.
I received my cashback EFTPOS card today. The letter is dated 31 August. Card has to be activated by 31 Mar 2018, and the funds used by 30 Sep 2018.
I sent an email to them a week or two ago, and have not received a response - however I received my card in the mail yesterday
Just got a reply email from them, saying that they needed to get a 2nd batch of giftcards and that ETA is 1-2 weeks.

I applied for cashback for a router I bought. Didn't receive any kind of confirmation, nor have I received the eftpos card (yet).
