I have a relative ready to buy a laptop on eBay. Can they jump off from my Cashrewards account but buy it from eBay with their account?

Is my cashrewards account only for my use e.g. purchases through my own eBay account, or can i get my relative to log in to it (my cashrewards account) as well before buying with their eBay account so i get to earn some cash rewards?
