Sydney Airport - Overnight Stay + 5 Nights Parking

Need to fly to QLD next week
Leaving early and live regionally so looking to stay the night before the flight
Also need to park car for 5 days

Any suggestions on
1. Where to stay close to airport - short distance - doesn't have to be AT the airport
2. Where to park for 5 nights

  1. Even better some combined deal for both?

In the past I have just paid the full freight for onsite airport parking and stayed at the Formula one or whatever
Anything better than that would be appreciated

    Check their longstay car parking. It can be reasonable prices (for Sydney) and also has shuttles going between the car parks and terminals all day

      Thanks mate - yeah that's what I usually do - just pull up and park and pay on the way out - 5 or 6 days is $80 odd I think
      Was wondering whether I can get a better deal combined with accommodation

        You can also book online and that normally saves some money

    Not exactly what you are after but:-
    I have used a few times before - Park & Fly Gertrude Street. They are very good, and have a (free?) shuttle bus service. Then buy a Jetstar hotel voucher on OZB classifieds for $8 and book in at Ibis BUDGET Sydney Airport with Jetstar hotels. Ibis BUDGET Sydney Airport are very good in spite of their name. Easy walk to domestic terminal or $7 for shuttle bus. Park & Fly will pick you up upon your return.
    PS I am not a fan of the Emu car parks.

      If you have an old bomb, then maybe, but local residents are a wake up to this and are extremely annoyed when a car sits there day after day. And so you should expect a few dents.

        Ive done it 3 nights no problem. But then again only takes 1 angry person.
