Decent Mechanical Keyboard with Brown Switches

Hey guys, anybody got any suggestions for a full size mechanical keyboard (with brown switches, don't mind kailh or other off brand)?

Not looking to spend much, as its only going to be my work keyboard. Hopefully only about $100 or so Delivered.
Currently looking at the ikbc c104 as a backup, although for that sort of price I'd prefer a big name brand.

Cheers everyone

  • I bought one of these recently, not intended for myself, but it's replaced my MX Blue based Tesoro keyboard as (to me) it's more comfortable and I can type more accurately.

Pros: Relatively quiet (not too much deck clash noise), backlit (a given for anything though), not much key wobble, cheap…

Cons: No palm-rest, Outemu browns don't quite have as much tactile feedback as MX browns, no 'premium' gaming features like N-key rollover.

Can't speak for long term use unfortunately, but the Amazon reviews are favourable.

    • Ahh yeah I read some reviews on that, and most were saying that it didn't really have any tactile feedback like a normal brown would. So I steered clear of it tbh

      • It does have feedback but not quite as noticeable- especially if you're a heavy typer. Much more resistance than MX reds though (probably more resistance than Browns) and I personally prefer to standard browns, but that's subjective.

I like the "normal keyboardness" of the Logitech G610.

I got it for close to $100 with an amex offer from Umart. Currently about $125

  • Check this one Blackwidow Ultimate Stealth 2016

It's Razer Orange switches - similar to cherry brown.
