We are a start up and trying to build our customer base. Hence, we are doing everything in our capacity to keep our customers and potential customers happy. Thanks for pointing out the refund policy. It's a generic policy supplied by the platform we use called "Shopify". It's a good idea to change it, we won't like such things cost us customers.

    So, from my experience, these zipless/buttonless onesies will only be useful for the period of time between when the baby can stand up, to when the toddler starts fighting ever single nappy/clothes change action. So maybe 6 months?

      Hi damion

      We have a two year old and I know exactly what you mean. These rompers start from 6 months old as we know it's too often to change nappies before that and goes up to 36 months. Any parent who have a child in that age range love them as it's just too easy to use. Feel free to order to try and return if you don't like it. I've just updated our return policy to 30 days and includes sale items now :)
