CoTD - Any Way to Cancel Orders?

Hey Guys,

Just wondering if anyone knows a way to cancel an order/call a customer service rep from COTD? if there is one. I searched on their website but couldnt find any numbers.

I bought the 1201pn on their latest catchathon because I believed my netbook had died… unfortunately, I have figured out its actually the cord that has had it (been slammed in a door hinge most likely) and can be fixed with a new power adaptor (yes epic fail on my behalf).

They havent shipped it yet, and I havent received anything other than the receipt, so i thought this might help my chances but dont know who to contact.

any ideas?

    Look in some of the COTD bargain & forum threads, find QQQ's email address & drop him a line! Since it hasn't been shipped you might be in with a shot! ;)

    Thanks for the suggesiton Stew, I shot through a mail after finding the address in another thread but I am not overly optimistic as at the end of the day, it was my screwup not theirs.

      Hope it goes well for you! This might just be one of those rare occasions that their interminably slow despatch process actually works in someone's favour! :D

    Massive thankyou to the COTD staff for helping me out with my problem. havent had a better customer service experience with any business that I can remember.
