My fifth time buying from DWI, in 2 years.
Bought a camera, a canon L lens, a canon prime lens, a 360 LG camera, iPad pro 9.7 (2016) and yesterday an iPad pro 10.5 (replacing my 9.7).
Mostly satisfied and the longest it took them to send me the stuff was 5 days.
I did read a lot more recent complaints about DWI so this time I was a bit worried, but they got the best price… so here I am taking the plunge. Wish me luck :) Will report back once I get it (or not).
Did you really have to tell us Fingers Crossed when its your 5th purchase?
Ha, I got burnt on my first purchase with DWI. I would never use again they were a complete nightmare to deal with. The phone died within the first week, lucky for PayPal or a wouldn't have got my money back.
They haven't got the best price if there is an issue.
I prefer my Australian warranty

I find DWI is quite decent, same as e-Global
I used them quite a few times over the years for buying camera gear and never had an issue. Today I thought I would try them for a watch I have been considering, found it, added it to my cart then was told I would be charged $50+ for delivery. On a watch! On a $650 watch!
My search continues!
I got a phone from them 8 months ago, and now it has the dreaded Nexus 6P boot Loop of death and they wont reply to me, I have spent over 1 month trying to contact them with zero response. I've going to make it my lives work to let everyone know the service you can expect from them.
my 3 or 4 experiences were great too. but the items are just $500 max
when people not happy they tell 1000 friends when they happy they tell 18 friends or less.
usually complains are about buy then no stock. my advise is get your credit card ready open the page before check out call them and double confirm they have stock, then click order straight away.
