In 2014 I bought like $15 of bc and I logged in today and it's up 6 fold.
I have a measly $90 usd in my wallet I would like to sell
But coinbase is saying it's not available in your country
Can someone tell me how to Cash out ? Please and thank you

Yeah, it's legit. I use it to sell my mining profits weekly.
If you give them an (optional) email address, they'll send you a receipt and let you collect reward points (worth about as much as flybys).

$4 is worth saving the effort of signing up for / verifying with other (cheaper) sites just for a once-off payment imho.
@iPwnJ00: I declare them as income tax (not capital gains), because I sell them as the payouts come in.

I use this service from time to time. Not the greatest rates, but it's very easy/convenient and payment is cleared in the bank within 2 business days.
Also, keep your coinbase account open, and on January 1st, you'll be credited with 0.3BCC (bitcoin cash) which may or may not be worth anything by then.
