Sub $200 Phone to Use as Audio Player

Hi guys,

Gloin is looking for a phone to replace his super old iphone 3g which he uses mainly to listen to internet radio and mp3 audio saved to memory.

I guess the main features would be something with easy to use interface or something which has custom roms available, good audio.
The other minor thing would be for it to have a decent camera.

I was looking at the redmi note 4x seems to tick the boxes just not sure about speaker quality. Doesn't have to be audiophile quality just loud and reasonably clear.
The other option is whether something even cheaper would tick the boxes. (I.e. the redmi 4)

I use a spare Moto E paired with the Logitech X50 that I got for $15. I use RadioApp and Spotify. It works reasonably well.
