You link a BNet account to your GeForce account, then GeForce does the check which activates the game on your BNet account.
Once it's there, you can de-link them and never need to prove it again.

ahh i have no idea, but I would say it could work. i dont see much security checks as going to deep in checking the gpu's serial number.

According to this article https://arstechnica.com/gaming/2017/02/nvidia-game-codes-gfe… the check isn't that specific, I image if you keep logging into different accounts you can keep activating codes. You just can't activate the same game twice on one GeForce account.

Kinguin says it will only work on the PC with a 1080/1080ti? Surely once I activate it/pay on my pic with 1080 it will work on my other machine without 1080? I can't see anything in the kinguin fine print, can anyone remember seeing anything when the process went to GeForce experience?

Sorry, it was $42 before now the price increased by $5, total all inluding all fee is $49.62, still $5-6 cheaper than any, but only for GTX 1080 and 1080Ti users
