How Do You Have Your Dashcam ?

Hi
I am thinking about getting a Dash Cam. This question is to those who have one: How do you have it installed?
Suction Cup I assume and
..cable dangling down to Cigarette Plug?
..cable going in to the "roof: light ?
..cable going all round the window ? Where does it go to ?

    I have one installed, and it came with about 3 metres of cable.
    I was able to easily cable manage it around the edge of my windscreen, through the rubber door seal, under the passenger's glove compartment and into the cigarette lighter port.

      Same as me just had to be careful routing around the A pillar not to obstruct any airbags.

    cable going all round the window Where does it go to ?

    Tucked into the roof lining, pillar and across under the dash then hard wired in the center console.

    Lookin at where mi pride and joy has right of way to be.

    So if any of dem cyclists get in my right of way I can just run em down because cyclists don't belong on da road.

    My install was low effort. Suction cup, positioned behind the rear-view mirror, with the cable dangling down into the cig lighter.

        Don't even notice it after two minutes. It hangs to the left side so never gears in the way of gear changing.

      Myen to! I wrap myen around the rear view mirror as it falls down once a month for some reason. But you dont notice the cord however passengers do!

    I bought one of this and tapped it directly to the fuse box. Just make sure that the connection is running through the car fuse and not bypassing it, one of this helps too. Cable runs inside the dashboard and up the side of the windscreen so it is properly concealed.

    This is the camera I got Street Guardian SG9665GC and this is how I installed it.

    Tucked into the windscreen surround, down the A pillar, then under the glovebox and to the dash. Excess cable is tied up and tucked up under the glovebox area. Neat enough and unobtrusive.

    What brand dash cam did you guys get? Any good recommendation ?
    I got a navman with gps but very big and thinking to get one without gps and smaller size
