Karcher K2 Compact Plus Pressure Washer 1400W 1600PSI $99 (Was $150) @ Bunnings

110

Karcher K2 Compact Plus pressure washer, 1400 W 1600PSI for $99, labeled as being previously priced at $150.

I think this kit has the extra "Hard surface cleaner T 50" adaptor in comparison to the "Karcher K2 Basic Plus" kit also from Bunnings.

If you zoom into the photo, on the box it mentions what the kit includes.

Not sure if its a bargain, just wanted to throw it out there, incase anyone might be after one and was waiting for a sale.

Spotted at Bunnings, Box Hill VIC.

Still lots of stock remaining when last saw. Maybe about 6-7.

  • Plastic pump. Expect it to go busted after a few use.

    • Like all Karchar right? Their marketing will claim "corrosion resistant" lol.

    • "Glass fibre reinforced and corrosion-free for life pump"

      More information here;

      Comes with the T150 surface cleaner. (looks like a patio cleaner)

      Anyway I have Gerni and one of these;

    • Are you speaking from experience or just repeating what you've read on the Internet? have a Karcher K2 with a plastic pump. It's about 20 months old and I've used it about 15 times and it's still working.

    • i've got the same one at home used it to clean 2 houses (outside walls , patio and garage) with no problems and used it once every month for about 3 years cleaning 2 cars and 2 bikes .

      for the average user this will be perfect .
      for an industrial cleaner probably not .

  • how powerful is this 1600PSI one in comparison to ones at your local carwash?

    How's this compare to the Ryobi posted recently?

    • The ryobi one is 1800W 2000PSI. I can't really speak of the quality between the two since I don't own them. Maybe someone else can jump in here. Probably besides the power difference, it's a preference of brand. I've always had this inclination that Karcher was more of the posh brand out of the two.

      The ryobi deal in case someone is unsure what he's talking about:

        Agree, Karcher seems like a higher tier brand but at the end of the day they're both plastic pumps/tanks. 2 yrs warranty on Karcher, Ryobi says 4 yrs on the box but the Bunnings site says its 2 yrs standard.

        Karcher seems to have a better range of attachments / compatibility with other brands, Ryobi obviously has more power. Depends on what you value more, I'm prob gonna go with Karcher if I can find it at my local.

        Not sure why my comment was negged?

  • I think I saw this a the local Bunnings but it was not that price though.
