anyone having problems with them? I have to say the items I ordered came very quickly.
But, they charged me a credit card fee despite me paying by POLI and hence my bank account. I've had 3 phone conversations with them and despite being assured I'd be refunded the credit card surcharge and they had checked and confirmed I didn't use a credit card, I've yet to receive a refund or had any further response to a follow-up phone call.
Annoying more than anything!
