Booked NZ Flights on Friday, Went on Sale Monday. Paid with AmEx Velocity Plat

Hi guys quick question,

As stated above I booked some flights to NZ using my AMEX velocity plat card on Friday and the bloody flights went on sale on Monday!! Do I have any recourse? I had a look over the insurance documents but can't see anything like a price guarantee.

Its about 100 bucks difference so not the end of the world but would still be handy to get back if I can.

        Is it booked through one of the airlines or seperately. Best you contact the airline directly.

    What if the price had gone up on Monday? Would you have volunteered to pay the difference?

    This is why its best to not look at prices once you've bought something.
