I want to know what there product quality is like( spices)?
And also how is their price compared to woolworths?

They sell different stuff. Udaya mostly sells Indian groceries and stuff sourced from India.
There can be common stuff that woolies and udaya sells. However the price at Udaya will be very less compared to Woolies.
For example, I once tried to buy antacid drink ENO. In woolies its priced at around $12, where as in Udays it is $2 considering it is sourced from India.
Things like tooth pastes, soaps, perfumes, detergents, cleaners, indian groceries, snacks, biscuits can be a lot cheaper….
I have - lot cheaper. They also have one at Wentworthville
