  Sony tend to have better video processing technology, which means that the SD and HD material that you watch (which lets face it, is going to be most of what you watch) looks a lot better. They also run Android which is a little slow at times, but fairly flexible and has chromecast built in and stuff like that.

  App support is good, and you can use Apps like Kodi and Archos video, Spotify etc.

  Sony quality more better than LG.
