Hop on the ol' 470 and head down to Masterpiece Pictures at 160 Broadway (right near broadway gym). Used before and did a nice job blowing up and framing a sentimental photo. Price seemed reasonable, without being able to compare to competitors.

It's a bit of a drive for you but Outside Edge Picture Framing at Penshurst is great.
