Gyms in Hong Kong ?

Hi guys I'm just wondering if there are any affordable gyms in Hong Kong with casual prices for tourists/travellers. I'm planning a trip to Hong Kong for a week or so and need a few sessions at the gym to keep the gains train rolling. Somewhere with either a pool or sauna would also be awesome however I really only need the basics.
Any advice would be appreciated,
Regards Tas.

Not sure about gyms, but many hotels have 'gyms' for their guests. (Usually just a small room with some basic gym equipment.) Public swimming pools & saunas are rare, due to space, unless it's a 5-star hotel.

  • Does your hotel not have a gym?

    • Unfortunately not. I know some hotels are cool about drop ins though, it would just be a drag to call every place with a gym.

Maybe find one that does… Most hotels I've stayed in you need to swipe your room key to get to the gym.

For a week or so in Hong Kong looking for affordable gym, there is none. Unless like the other said, go to the one in your hotel if they have one. Or, if you are with Anytime or Fitness First, you may be able to drop by the one in Hong Kong.

There are gyms in Hong Kong which will take casual rate but at a cost of AUD60 for a day.

It does have some local gym which costs less, but those one, in Australian's eyes, looks more like a home gym than a proper one.

I would suggest just go to the park and do your exercises and stretch there. It is free.

Forget the gym. Walk the peak each day :) Seriously.
