OVO Sim Card Delivery

I ordered an OVO sim card on 02/08/2017 I am based in Sydney and have still not received it 4 weeks on. This is the second time they have done this to me (didn't learn the first time, I know). Has anyone else experienced this with them?
Is it fair to say, what we save on money we lose in service?

  • No issues here (Perth). I think the problem is more do to with AusPost than OVO.

    Received my sim very very quickly!

    • Same. Two Sims received within a week in Sydney.

  • talk to them in live chat, they probably just mail you out another one.

  • Yeah i did. Apparently that got 'lost' as well. Finally received it yesterday after asking for a tracking number to be provided.
    Now there are issues with activation which I have to wait for them to fix.
    I'm glad that it's only the initial process they suck at. I haven't had any other dramas with them
