So I bought from these guys last sale and it was pretty bad. I received an email saying the order was accepted and never received any tracking details (it turned out they had issues sending these out) so after about 4-5 days I asked them via email what was going on and they took several days to get back to me on there. In that time I'd also contacted them on Facebook which took around the same amount of time. My personal advice would be call them if you have any issues as their phone support was excellent and helped a lot.
In the end the secondary issue was that the parcel had been delivered to our company mail room but they had left my name off of it so they didn't know who it was for.
If you look past all that the quality of the clothes was excellent and despite the annoyances I'll definitely buy from them again (on sale ;)).
Lots of Ozb users shopping with us. There was a sale a month or 2 ago where we had some major issues & copped some (fair) negative comments on here. The issue has been dealt with & we are back on track.

Hey op, I assume you guys either own Herschel in aus or have an association with them.
It so happened the Herschel store in Pitt Street also had a 40% off flash sale, where I bought something from this afternoon. The sales assistant said they send receipts by email since the product I bought had a lifetime warranty, so I happily wrote down my email address. Sure enough, I received my receipt via email.
Approximately half an hour later I receive an email from Mt simple, saying I had subscribed to their mailing list (which obviously I wasn't aware of).
Considering I had only been to the Herschel store previously I can only link these two accounts today. Can you please confirm if this is the case?

Yep that's right, we operate the Herschel store in Sydney. The welcome email is driven from that in-store transaction & includes a big unsubscribe button if you're not into it. How do you feel about this? too pushy, or OK? Let me know if you want to unsubscribe, I can do it for you.

I think the better option would be for the sales assistant to let customers know that they'll also be signed up to the mailing list as well.
I didn't know I would be nor that the Herschel store was operated by Mr simple so i initially confused about how I managed to get on your list.
