If you're selling or leasing a property with a swimming pool in NSW, you need a Compliance or Non-Compliance Certificate to go with the contract.

    If you're selling or leasing a property with a swimming pool in NSW, you need a Compliance Certificate to go with the contract.

    or a Non-Compliance Certificate (for a sale), or an occupation certificate and a registration statement (for sale or lease).

    I have that on the website. And I've referred to people to http://www.swimmingpoolregister.nsw.gov.au as the main source.
    Wanted to keep this as brief as possible. But I agree Non-Compliance Certificate should be there.
