Step 4: Once you get the CODE in your email, log into GeForce experience to redeem. Instructions are here.

Gigabyte instructions are:
Step 1: Complete product questionnaire.
Step 2: Send your information (name and SN) and attach purchase invoice/receipt to

Step 3: Once we confirm you're qualified, we will send you the redeem code. You need to redeem the game through Geforce Experience. Please refer to following redeem guide:

Phew; great if you have just bought one; but not a great deal if i cant go down to my local shop tomorrow to buy one; if the purchase date has to be before 5 September?

      Quick purchase tonight online maybe?

    • Or you can buy from amazon uk they have the promotion currently on, and will send the code 7 days after delivery. Bought my 1080 wf3 for $666, waiting for delivery this thursday.

    • Also, Photoshop is your friend.

  • Isnt this available with all 1080Tis and 1080s?

    • Yeah I've seen the same promotion with MSI and Gigabyte too

      • Thanks. Updated the description. I only have the link to the ASUS deal but I assume it is easy to google the others.

      • I've had issues redeeming my ti on the gigabyte website.. said the SN was invalid >_> their esupport is slow to assist as well.

        • Can you please post the link to the Gigabyte deal. I could not google it for some reason.

        • @danielh: Hey man I haven't had time to try it yet but I think it might be from this link for Gigabyte cards, https://event.aorus.com/Bundle/NVIDIA/2017Q3_Destiny_2/

        • @zkniiL: Thanks. Have updated the post.

        • @danielh: Sorry mate, just saw the comment, I can't seem to find the link as well… guess I'll be arguing with gigabyte support considering I made my purchase on hte 26th but because of an error on their end I missed this promotion…

        • @ProjectZero: I don't think you missed it. The 5 September date is the last invoice date you can have for the PURCHASE of the graphics card. You have until 24 November 2017 (for ASUS) to try to get a Destiny 2 game code. It seems to be a bit different from the June promotion where you had to REGISTER by a certain date (28 June) or you would miss out.

Taken from the GIGABYTE link I have in the top page:
Aug 21st ~ Sep 5th, 2017 or while supplies last
(Coupon redeem page will be closed on 23:59 Sep 29th, 2017 or when supplies last)

        • @danielh:

Seems the redeem page is gone, maybe limit reached.

@Expon: Yeah, I tried the other ones and I think maybe only the MSI link will still work but no guarantee there are any codes left to give out.

        • @danielh:

Thanks for posting it, I missed out but it was worth a shot.

  • I got the gaming code instantly so I'm not even sure if they bothered to check my receipt. I guess the fact that I had a unique SN and PPID number to prove I HAD the card was probably enough.

Very good offer, only hoping for a good GTX 1080 or GTX 1080 Ti deal to come along now

    • Better get one soon, as prices for higher end GPUs are going up because of a 30% price hike in VRAM by Samsung and Hynix.

    • Yep I feel the same way

I just pulled the trigger. There is an AORUS GTX 1080 Extreme edition for $590 USD delivered ($740~ AUD) on Amazon if you are interested. Quite a good price for a high end gtx 1080 card considering you also get Destiny 2 with it.

        Note:
        - You would have to sign up for an Amazon Prime trial if you aren't already on a subscription.
        - The product page does not mention the Destiny 2 code but I was able to secure a code through the online chat.

        • Does this mean you could get another code if you register the code when you physically get your card in the mail?

        • @danielh: No I doubt it. I think the code is usually emailed out. I have a feeling that I wouldn't have gotten a code if I never chased customer service up for it as there was no mention of it on the product page.

  • I bought a 1080Ti during the previous Destiny 2 promotion in June (5 days before the promotion ended). When I received the card I filled out the online form on Gigabyte's website and received an e-mail saying I would get a response in 8-10 business days. I heard nothing so contacted them and waited a long time for a response when they finally told me that nVidia did not supply them with enough codes and there was nothing they could do. So, be careful if you are buying one tonight…you may not get your Destiny 2 code.

Maybe photoshop your old invoice and try again? Worked for me with ASUS site as I bought mine in June but missed out on the deal as the physical card didn't arrive until 28 June. I got my code tonight and have it registered to my Battle.net account already.

      • Yeah, might be worth a try, thanks. Gigabyte are kind of cheeky giving out codes to new people when they know there are people who they failed to give them to last time.

  • Registered with the numbers required and instantly received game code through geforce experience. I'd try regardless of purchase date etc….

  • Seems like Gigabyte are only doing the promo with select laptops. Anyone tried to redeem this from a GPU purchase?

  • +1

Registered on MSI site last night and now waiting for code to come through.

    Link: https://www.msi.com/Promotion/new-legends-will-rise

  • Still waiting on my MSI code….

  • Does MSI ask for the date you purchased?

    • Hmmm, I clicked on the link to see but as I didn't have a card I didn't want to register on that site. I suggest you try registering and see if they ask for the purchase date and proof.
