  Hi Richard
  I know it's been asked before but…
  How about an exclusive mixed case for ozbargain?
  I look at your deals each time and want to buy but 12 is too many without buyer protection or a long heritage of production.
  What I propose is a mixed case. You take the orders to determine the numbers of cases. Then box and send. Yes labour intensive but I think you would move 100 plus cartons.

    Thanks Birdyzone for the suggestion. We're able to pass on significant discounts to the RRP simply because we don't have the additional burden of re-packing cases. Once you start manual handling and re-packing, you add on costs which we have to pass on. We understand that not everyone wants to commit to a full box of twelve and we're prepared to accept that trade off of potentially lost sales versus constructing 12 packs. It is something we continue to review. Thanks. Richard

      No dramas. I was just letting know why I won't buy. I will continue to use the likes of winedirect. Mixed cases are usually followed by repeat straight dozen orders. 12 bottle buys without a decent label history is not a safe way to buy unless there are free returns. Thanks anyway and good luck 👍

        Thanks - I understand the rationale completely, we simply choose to make an alternate decision that suits our business better. We also supply many other companies including Winedirect. For those that do buy direct from us, the provision of highly regarded third party reviews, a 160 year family history of wine making and a delivery and returns policy enables them to buy with confidence.:-)
