They have decreased the price by another 4% from their regular 10% discount on both the Standard and Digital Deluxe editions. Every cent counts right?

Subtracting another 4% off from Cashrewards brings it down to 49.52 USD (~61.39 AUD) for the Standard Edition and 82.55 USD (~102.31 AUD) for the Digital Deluxe Edition.

Those would be some of the cheapest prices I've seen to date.

    From the streams I've watched, microtransactions are solely for cosmetic purposes and do not provide the player with any tangible benefit over non-microtransaciton paying players.

      Yeah, but given that those cosmetic items are now a one time consumable rather than infinite use as they were in Destiny 1 is still a decision made for monetary gain.

  This seems like a good place to ask. I got destiny 2 free with my new GPU, but im wanting to upgrade to the version with the expansion pass (or buy the expansion pass seperately). Does anyone know if there is way to do that cheaper than straight through battlenet? Or should i wait until after it releases and wait for a deal on the expansion pass available seperately on a site like this one?

      Cheers mate. Do you think it will be on sites like greenman gaming, kinguin etx or likely only through battlenet? This is the first game on PC i will be considering getting a season pass for so havent had any experience with it

        I've been unsure on this as well. Hard to say whether or not GMG will stock the pass by itself. This game is region locked so you have to be careful where you buy the expansion pass from (unless it doesn't matter and only the main game's region matters, idk) You may have to slug out extra money to buy it from Battlenet directly.

        Thanks for that info, i didnt know it was region locked. I was hoping it wouldnt be, because i got overwatch for $20AUD ages ago by buying it from the taiwan battlenet site so was hoping due to Destiny being on battlenet i might do something similar with the pass.

        Well we got a fair while until DLC comes out anyway, so hopefully a cheap way of getting it is available by then.

  JB is a cheap option for standard version, but I think this is the best price if you want the digital deluxe from a reputable seller, so + from me for the deluxe.
