Prepaid Card with Low (No) Top up Fees

Guys I'm looking for a prepaid card that I can use in store and online that I can top up preferably at no cost online.

Auspost Load & Go was an option until I read the terrible reviews so would prefer to avoid. Any recommendations?

    The coles pre-paid mastercard was good, but I think it is finished now.

    Tried to apply but needed to verify by uploading an Australian/NZ passport (which I don't have) so unfortunately not an option.
