Hi all,

Im happy to announce the public beta availability of CardFetch a mobile business card wallet from a local Aussie software company. CardFetch lets you create digital business cards and share them with friends and family. CardFetch is available in three different user accounts, CardFetch Starter, CardFetch Premium and CardFetch Business. You can get so far with a Starter account I encourage you all to setup an account and tell us your feedback.

  Business accounts could only be opened for businesses. Feel free to fill in EOI form and we will get back to you. In the meantime feel free to check out the app with a free account.

I bought a business card scanner app for my mobile for about $2 years ago. It does character recognition, so it can actually read names, addresses etc. and can write that data to my email contacts so I can get to it from the web, VOIP phone etc. Plus, I've already got a signature block with all my details for my email.

What does your system provide for $5 a month that my current setup doesn't already?

  I agree, there are tons of applications out there that can Scan Business Cards. And this is one of many components of cardfetch.
  
  But what sets CardFetch apart is its unique design were Card owners are to maintain their latest card details and everybody to have them up to date automatically. So if you create a digital business card in cardfetch (not scanning it in), and you start sending it out to clients, friends etc. and say down the line you update your contact info, change address then all of these details will be up to date.
  
  Let alone you can then search for business cards within the Cardfetch community, think of real estate agents, tradies etc. As the community grows your reach could grow as well.
