I just love keeping up with the news across the dietch, and this app does it all, choice…..

    News is good, but I'm not sure that I want Notification spam.

    I just use Google cards (Google launcher?), or Flipboard.

    That way it's volunatary. I get the news when I ask for it not when the phone beeps, and it tailors my feed based on my interests (search history).

      I enjoy using flipboard. Its tailored to my want to read articles and ina nice easy to use UI.

      Spam notafications of news……thats a good one.

    Do the notifications come up on connected Android Wear watch?

      To answer my own question, installed it and yes they do show on Android Wear as a normal notification. Pity you can't control the rate of notifications though.

    You actually have to pay NewsCorp these days for fake news, so its good this is free.
